The heart of the visualisation is the camera unit. The image transmitted through the optics is recorded by one or more chips in the camera head and transmitted to the camera unit. Here the image is processed and transmitted to the monitor for viewing. Various camera systems are available for different disciplines and requests, ranging from Full HD to 4K resolution.
All RZ systems offer the great advantage of simple and intuitive handling. The entire system can be controlled with just a few actions. Operation can be controlled via the device itself or freely programmable control elements on the camera head. At the same time, all devices are highly compatible with the other various devices in the RZ imaging chain.
All camera systems can be optionally equipped with an image and video storage function or, if required, connected to a PACS server via DICOM.
